We know that accidents and breakdowns can happen and it's important to ensure that all passengers and pedestrians are safe during any incident.

In the event of any injuries to any persons at the scene, please take the necessary precautions to seek medical advice and assistance, including contacting 000 for emergency services.

It is important to advise us as soon as possible about any incidents.

In certain situations, towing charges are payable by the renter. AAAC provide contracted rates for rental vehicles – other towing contractors may attract significantly higher charges.

If something does cause your vehicle to breakdown, we want to make sure you're back on the road as soon as possible. That's why we include mechanical breakdown assistance as part of our rates.

A minimum fee of $255.62 will apply for any non-mechanical issues including running out of fuel, flat battery, flat tyres, lost keys or keys locked inside the vehicle.
